Using the site
Desi Mauj is a set of browser games at desimauj.com, free to use, with no account and no sign up. Use them for personal, family and social play, including at events you are hosting.
You may not resell access to the games, present them as your own product, or use automated tools to scrape the word lists, film pools or question sets. If you want to use anything here commercially, ask on the contact page.
What we do not promise
The games are provided as they are. They should work on any current phone or browser, but we cannot promise every feature behaves on every device. Filmy Tilt's tilt controls depend on motion sensors your browser may not give the page access to, and the games need an internet connection to load.
The site may go down, change, or lose a feature. We will not promise otherwise.
Content and copyright
Film titles, song titles and the names of festivals and dishes are used as references. Desi Mauj does not claim ownership of any film, song or brand named on this site.
The word lists, question sets, film gradings, written articles and the Desi Mauj name and logo belong to Desi Mauj. Play with them freely. Do not republish them as your own.
Printable packs
Packs bought through our Etsy shop are digital downloads for personal use, including your own events. They are not for resale or redistribution. Etsy's terms and refund policy cover the purchase itself, since that is where it happened.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to Etsy and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for what is on them.
Age
These games are made for a general audience, including families. If you are under 13, use the site with a parent or guardian.
Advertising and data
Pages on this site may show advertising, and we use analytics to see which games and articles people use. The privacy policy covers what is collected and what your choices are.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
