Questions about a game, a word list that is wrong, a film that should not be in the pool, or a pack you bought. It all comes to the same place and a person reads it.
If you are reporting something broken, saying which game and which phone you were on saves a round of questions.
What to expect. Most messages get a reply within a few days. Desi Mauj is one person working alongside full-time jobs, so it is not instant, but it is not a black hole either.
Custom word lists. If you want words or films added for a specific occasion, say which occasion and roughly how many. It is the request that comes up most, and it is usually possible.
Etsy orders. For anything about a pack you have already bought, please reach out via Etsy.
